Cooling Off

Because of the heat, I took my kids to a water fountain play area where water shot up from the ground. Many other parents and their kids were there also playing and cooling off in the water for a brief respite from the hot afternoon sun. The ice cream truck found this spot and also found a lot of eager young customers. Cooling off with ice cream and blasts of water was effective.
