Duct Tape

I just picked up a used, rusty wheelbarrow that was being given away. The front part that is held in place by two screws has rusted a bit, but I think that a bit of duct tape in the area will fix the problem in a snap. Yes, duct tape can fix many problems. With duct tape, I'll add a few more years to that wheelbarrow.
